Picnic # 1                          June 2nd

- Metroparks – Brecksville Reservation / Meadows Picnic Area
- A day of fun and relaxation – games and raffles with cash prizes

- Mentor Headlands Beach
- Another day of fun and relaxation on Lake Erie’s largest beach

Deepavali Function        October 27th

- Location TBD (planning stages)
- Free or heavily subsidized for all paid members of the TAGC
- A large All-India cultural/entertainment show featuring performers
    from several universities and cultural organizations in Greater
    Cleveland
- Performances include large group dances, songs, a skit, and a
    fashion show
- Announce open positions for officers and election date (Dec 22nd)
    to everyone on the TAGC mailing list

Formal Banquet              December 1st

- Location TBD (planning stages)
- A formal semi-catered dinner event with entertainment
- Free or heavily subsidized for all paid members of the TAGC
- Report on the “State of the Association”
- Elections for the year 2002
